Fuel Pressure Release

1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager Base, 31THSECTION Fuel Pressure Release
CAUTION: ALWAYS relieve pressure before disconnecting any fuel injection-related components. DO NOTΒ  allow fuel to contact engine or electrical components.
  1. Loosen fuel filler cap to release tank pressure. Disconnect injector wiring harness from engine harness. Connect a jumper wire between terminal No. 1 of injector harness connector and engine ground. See Fig 1 .
  2. Connect one end of second jumper wire to terminal No. 2 of injector harness connector, and touch other end to battery positive for no more than 5 seconds. This releases system pressure. Remove jumper wires.
