Expansion Valve: Installation

- To install, reverse removal procedure. Replace both aluminum gaskets. Carefully install expansion valve without scratching sealing surfaces.
- Tighten expansion valve-to-evaporator sealing plate bolts to 100 INCH lbs. (11 N.m). Tighten plumbing sealing plate bolt to 17 ft. lbs. (23 N.m). Evacuate and recharge system.
