1991 Plymouth Laser L4-1997cc 2.0L DOHCSECTION Disassembly/Assembly
1. Disable airbag, refer to Air Bags and Seat Belts/Air Bags (Supplemental Restraint Systems)/Service and Repair.
2. Remove steering column, refer to Removal/Installation.

3. Disassemble steering column in numbered sequence shown, noting the following:
- If it is necessary to remove the steering lock, use a hacksaw to cut the special bolts at steering lock bracket side.

4. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:

- After ensuring steering lock operates correctly, tighten special bolts until heads twist off.
