1990 Plymouth Sundance Base, 2D Hatchback, 2.5 J, AutomaticSECTION Engine Compression

Check compression pressure with engine at normal operating temperature, all spark plugs removed, ignition system disabled and throttle valves wide open. Crank engine until maximum reading is indicated on gauge. Compression should not be less than 100 psi (7 kg/cm2 ). Variation between cylinders should not be greater than 25 percent.
