  1. Install wiper arm removal tool (C 3982) on wiper arm. Lift arm and remove from output shaft. Unlock and open liftgate. Remove trim panel.
  2. Remove 4 rear wiper motor mounting screws. Disconnect wiring harness from rear motor connector and remove rear wiper motor.
