Put DRB in voltmeter mode. Measure voltage at power distribution center terminal No. 49 (bottom terminal of second fuse from left on bottom row, Black wire). See Figure . If voltage is more than 10 volts, repair open Red/White wire between power distribution center and low beam headlamp relay. See Figure . If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair power distribution center.
