Vacuum Control System: Notes

1974 Plymouth Fury III 4D Hardtop, 5.9L Eng VIN JSECTION Notes

It is possible that vacuum controls may operate properly with the high vacuum produced at engine idle or low speed operation. However, at higher engine speed or while accelerating, engine vacuum is relatively low and vacuum controls may not function at the lower vacuum. Therefore all vacuum system tests are to be made at a low vacuum (8").
