2024 Nissan-Datsun Z Performance, Automatic TransSECTION ID Registration With Transmitter Activation Tool
- With the ignition switch in OFF position, connect CONSULT scan tool to the Data Link Connector (DLC). Turn ignition switch to ON position.
- Select "START (NISSAN BASED VHCL)".
- Touch "BCM" on "SELECT SYSTEM" screen.
- Select "AIR PRESSURE MONITOR" on "SELECT WORK ITEM" screen.
- Select "WORK SUPPORT" on "SELECT DIAG MODE" screen, and select "ID REGIST". Select "START".
- With the transmitter activation tool (J-45295) pushed against the front left transmitter position of the tire air valve, press the button for 5 seconds. See Fig 1.
- Register the IDs in the specified order. See ID Registration Order SpecificationsΒ table. When ID registration of each wheel has been completed, a buzzer sounds as indicated, the hazard warning lights or turn signal indicators flash twice, and the indictor light on the Activation Tool goes from red to green.NOTE: For 2008 and later Titan and 2009 and later Maxima, the buzzer is eliminated.
