DTC Confirmation Procedure
2024 Nissan-Datsun Frontier SL, RWDSECTION DTC Confirmation Procedure
- PERFORM COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECKΒ
With CONSULT
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- On CONSULT screen, select "ENGINE">>"Data Monitor">>"BRAKE SW2".
- Check "BRAKE SW2" indication under the following conditions.
Monitor item Condition Indication BRAKE SW2 Brake pedal Fully released OFF Slightly depressed ON
Without CONSULT
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check the voltage between ECM harness connector terminals as per the following.
ECM Condition Voltage (Approx.) Connector + - Terminal E16 191 (Stop lamp switch signal) 204 Brake pedal Fully released 0 V Slightly depressed Battery voltage
Is the inspection result normal?
