Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK BCM POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
- Check BCM power supply and ground circuit. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>
GO TO 2.
NO>>
Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
- CHECK MAIN POWER WINDOW AND DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK SWITCH
- Check main power window and door lock/unlock switch. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure (with Crew Cab) or Diagnosis Procedure (with King Cab®).
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>
GO TO 3.
NO>>
Replace main power window and door lock/unlock switch. Refer to Removal and Installation .
- CHECK MAIN POWER WINDOW AND DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK SWITCH POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
- Check main power window and door lock/unlock switch power supply and ground circuit. Refer to Component Function Check (Crew Cab) or Component Function Check (King Cab®).
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>
Check intermittent incident. Refer to Intermittent Incident .
NO>>
Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
