DTC Diagnosis Procedure
2024 Nissan-Datsun Frontier SL, RWDSECTION DTC Diagnosis Procedure
- PERFORM SELF DIAGNOSTIC RESULT
CONSULT
- Start the engine.
- Drive the vehicle at approx. 31 MPH (50 km/h) or more for approx. 2 minutes.
- Stop the vehicle.
- Ignition switch OFF.NOTE:
Wait at least 10 seconds after placing ignition switch in the OFF position.
- Start the engine.NOTE:
Wait at least 10 seconds after start the engine.
- Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "ABS".
Are any DTCs detected?
YES>>
Refer to DTC Index .
NO>>
GO TO 2.
- PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
CONSULT
- Ignition switch ON.
- Erase DTC.
- Ignition switch OFF and wait at least 30 seconds.
- Ignition switch ON and wait at least 30 seconds or more.
- Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "AVM".
- Check DTC.
Is DTC C1A03-00 detected?
YES>>
Replace around view monitor control unit. Refer to Removal and Installation .
NO>>
Inspection End.
