ASCD Clutch Switch
2009 Nissan-Datsun Xterra SE, 4WDSECTION ASCD Clutch Switch
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect ASCD clutch switch harness connector.
- Check harness continuity between ASCD clutch switch terminals 1 and 2 under the following conditions.
CONTINUITY REFERENCE CHART

| Clutch pedal: Fully released | Should exist |
| Clutch pedal: Slightly depressed | Should not exist |
If NG, adjust ASCD clutch switch installation, refer to "INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT " and perform step 3 again.
