- Start engine and warm to normal operating temperature. Turn ignition off and wait at least 5 seconds. Turn ignition on. Select DATA MONITOR mode with CONSULT-II. Ensure FUEL T/TEMP SE is more than 32°F (0°C).
- Start engine and wait at least 20 seconds. If 1st trip DTC is detected, go to appropriate DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE. If 1st trip DTC is not detected, system is okay at this time.
