CAUTION: Do not let brake fluid remain on painted surfaces. Wash it off immediately. With reservoir cap removed, when depressing brake pedal, brake fluid will spray.

Remove reservoir cap. Install hand pump with gauge and hose to reservoir and apply 14.2 psi (1 kg/cm2 ). See upper portion of Fig 1. Connect vinyl tube to bleeder screw of brake actuator and loosen bleeder screw. See lower portion of Fig 1. Bleed air from actuator and tighten bleeder screw to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ . Add brake fluid if necessary.
