- Place the front wheel on a turning radius gauge and measure the steering angle.ITEM SPECIFICATION CHART
ITEMS SPECIFICATIONS Inside wheel 39Β° Outside wheel (reference) 32Β° - When the calibrated value is outside the standard value, improper toe-in adjustment may be present. Check and adjust the toe-in correctly if necessary.
Standard value: 1 Β± 2 mm (0.04 Β± 0.09 inch)Β
To adjust the toe-in, remove the bellows clip of the tie-rod, loosen the locking nut, and then rotate the left tie-rod and right tie-rod in the reverse direction by an equal amount.
- Recheck the steering angle.
