- Start the engine with all the accessories switched OFF.
- Drive the vehicle for 3 minutes at the following conditions. (During the monitor)
- Engine speed: More than 500 r/min, less than 3,000 r/min
- Engine load: More than 25%
- Without rapid accelerator pedal change
- Except fuel cut
- Stop the vehicle at the safe place and turn the ignition switch to "LOCK" (OFF) position.
Start the engine and do Steps 1 to 3 again. Confirm that the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is not output.
