- HO2S signal voltage is 100 millivolts or less for 3 minutes or more after engine is started. Engine coolant temperature is 180Β°F (82Β°C) or more. Engine speed is more than 1200 RPM. Volumetric efficiency is 25 percent or more. Monitor runs once per trip for 7 seconds. Code will set if input voltage to ECM interface circuit is 4.5 volts or more when 5 volts is applied to HO2S output line through a resistor.
- HO2S signal voltage is 100 millivolts or less for 3 minutes or more after engine is started. Engine coolant temperature is 180Β°F (82Β°C) or more. Engine speed is more than 1200 RPM. Volumetric efficiency is 25 percent or more. Front HO2S output voltage is 500 millivolts or more, and at least 20 seconds have passed since fuel shut-off control was released. Output frequency of Volume Airflow (VAF) sensor is 81 Hz or more (1.8L). Monitor runs once per trip for 10 seconds. Code will set if HO2S output does not increase 100 millivolts or more in response to ECM making air-fuel ratio 15 percent richer.
