- Remove left door lock switch. Disconnect harness connector. Set door lock switch in LOCK position. Continuity should be present between door lock switch terminals No. 3 (Brown/Red wire) and No. 9 (Black wire). See Figure . Repair an necessary. If continuity is present, go to next step.
- Set door lock switch in UNLOCK position. Continuity should be present between door lock switch terminals No. 9 (Black wire) and No. 10 (Brown/Black wire). Set door lock switch in neutral position. Continuity should not be present between any terminals. See Figure . Replace door lock switch as necessary.
