Turn ignition on. Backprobe and check for battery voltage at ECM/PCM power terminals. If battery voltage is not present, check operation of MFI relay. See FUEL PUMP RELAY & MFI RELAYΒ  under RELAYS under MOTORS, RELAYS & SOLENOIDS. If relay is okay, check suspect circuit between ECM/PCM and relay. Perform repairs as necessary.
