- No 1-2 Upshift: Defective No. 2 solenoid or stuck 1-2 shift valve.
- No 2-3 Upshift: Defective No. 1 solenoid or stuck 2-3 shift valve.
- No 3-OD Upshift With Throttle Opening Less Than 86 Percent: Stuck 3-4 shift valve. If shift point is not within specification, check for misadjusted throttle cable or defective throttle valve, OD switch or solenoid valve.
- Lock-Up Does Not Occur: Stuck lock-up solenoid valve.
- Excessive Shock & Slippage: High line pressure, defective accumulator or check balls. Abnormal noise and vibration may be caused by unbalance in drive shaft, differential, tires or torque converter.
