Oil Pump: Disassembly
1995 Mitsubishi Montero LS, Automatic, V4AW3SECTION Disassembly
- Remove seal rings from rear of stator shaft. Remove bolts from rear of pump assembly. Remove stator shaft from pump body. See Figure .
- Place reference mark on drive and driven gears for reassembly reference and remove from pump body. If oil seal requires replacement, pry seal from body.
