61 35 147 Removing and installing/replacing the convertible top module
Preliminary work needed:Β
- Remove SIDE TRIM PANEL AT REAR RIGHT .
Removal:Β
Unscrew nuts (1).
Remove the equipment holder (2).
Unlock detents (1).
Pull out the convertible top module (CVM) (2).
Unlock and disconnect the connector (1) on the convertible top module (CVM) (2).
Installation:Β
Connect the connector (1) to the convertible top module (CVM) (2).
Join the convertible top module (CVM) (2) with the equipment holder.
Join the equipment holder (2).
Tighten down nuts (1).
Preliminary work needed:Β
- Install the REAR RIGHT SIDE TRIM PANEL .
Replacement:Β
Carry out programming/coding.
