Necessary Preliminary Tasks:Β
- Remove rear compartment fresh air grill. Refer to 64 22 190 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR COMPARTMENT FRESH AIR GRILL (AUTOMATIC A/C BASIC) and 64 22 191 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR COMPARTMENT FRESH-AIR GRILLE (AUTOMATIC A/C HIGH) .
- Remove side panels on center console. Refer to 51 16 ... REMOVING AND INSTALLING SIDE PANELS ON CENTER CONSOLE .
CAUTION:
The fully installed rear compartment monitor can only be swiveled up and down with the ignition turned on. Then turn off ignition again immediately.
