2010 Mercury Mariner Hybrid, AWDSECTION Removal and Installation

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
  2. NOTE: The Fuel Pump (FP) control module is located near the left rear side of the fuel tank.
  3. Disconnect the FPΒ  control module electrical connector.
  4. NOTE: Do not overtighten the fasteners or damage will occur.
  5. Remove the 2 bolts and the FPΒ  control module.
    • To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
