Knock Sensor (KS): Installation
2010 Mercury Mariner Hybrid, AWDSECTION Installation

Engine block-mounted KS
- Install the KS
and the bolt.
- Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
- Connect the KS electrical connector.
- Install the lower intake manifold. For additional information, refer to

Cylinder head-mounted KS
- Install the KS
and the bolt.
- Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
- Connect the KS electrical connector.
