Turbine Shaft Speed (TSS) Sensor: Removal

2010 Mercury Mariner Hybrid, AWDSECTION Removal

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING -- ESCAPE, ESCAPE HYBRID, MARINER & MARINER HYBRID .
  2. Remove the retainers and the LH splash shield.

  3. Disconnect the Turbine Shaft Speed (TSS) electrical connector, remove the bolt and the TSSΒ  sensor.
