The speed control actuator sends a voltage reference signal through circuit 199 (LB/YE). When the clutch is applied, the clutch pedal position (CPP) switch closes and routes the signal to ground through circuit 359 (GY/RD). Ground is supplied by the powertrain control module (PCM).
