Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Deactivation and Reactivation: Reactivation

2010 Mercury Mariner Hybrid, AWDSECTION Reactivation

    All vehicles 

  1. Remove the RCM fuse F2.21 (7.5A) from the SJB.
  2. Disconnect the battery ground cable and wait at least one minute.
  3. Five Hundred and Montego with safety canopy modules 

  4. Remove the restraint system diagnostic tool from the vehicle harness side of the passenger side safety canopy module electrical connector.

  5. Connect the passenger side safety canopy module electrical connector.

  6. Remove the restraint system diagnostic tool from the vehicle harness side of the driver side safety canopy module electrical connector.

  7. Connect the driver side safety canopy module electrical connector.

  8. Install the C-pillar trim panels. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
  9. Freestyle with safety canopy modules
