2010 Mercury Mariner Hybrid, AWDSECTION Removal and Installation

NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the Audio Control Module (ACM) to retrieve the part number. For additional information, REFER to FRONT DISPLAY INTERFACE MODULE (FDIM) - FUSION, MILANΒ  or FRONT DISPLAY INTERFACE MODULE (FDIM) - MKZΒ  in this service information.
    NOTE: Module configuration is required when a new ACM is being installed.
  1. Upload the ACM configuration information to the scan tool. For additional information, refer to Programmable Module Installation (PMI) in MODULE CONFIGURATION -- FUSION MILAN & MKZ article.
  2. Remove the Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM). For additional information, REFER to FRONT CONTROLS INTERFACE MODULE (FCIM) - MKZΒ  in this service information.
  3. Remove the 8 screws and the ACM.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
