P0106 - MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE (MAP) SENSOR CIRCUIT PERFORMANCE

Description:  The MAP sensor input to the powertrain control module (PCM) is monitored and is not within the calibrated value.
Possible Causes: 
  • Slow responding MAP sensor
  • Circuit failure
  • Damaged MAP sensor
  • Damaged PCM
  • Positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) system
Diagnostic Aids:  The VREF voltage should be between 4.0 and 6.0 volts.
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to PINPOINT TEST DM .
