Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor: Installation
2010 Mercury Mariner Hybrid, AWDSECTION Installation

- Using a new O-ring seal, install the ECT sensor.
- Tighten to 18 Nm (13 lb-ft).
- Connect the ECT sensor electrical connector.
- Position the CAC tube and tighten the clamps.
- Tighten to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).
NOTE:
Apply clean engine oil to the new O-ring seal prior to installation.
