P062F - INTERNAL CONTROL MODULE EEPROM ERROR

Description:  Indicates the powertrain control module (PCM) electrically erasable programmable read only memory (EEPROM) has been corrupted.
Possible Causes: 
  • Module reprogramming
  • Aftermarket performance products
  • PCM
  • PCM Power Relay
  • PCM Power Relay PCMRC circuit open or short to ground
  • PCM Power Relay VPWR circuits open or short to voltage
  • PCM Power Relay PCMRC circuit open or short to ground
  • Corrosion or incorrect connection at the PCM terminals and wiring
Diagnostic Aids:  Check for aftermarket performance products.
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory
