NOTE: If indexing the driveshaft does not eliminate the vibration, balance the driveshaft. For additional information, refer to Driveshaft Runout and BalancingΒ .
    WARNING: Shut off the electrical power to the air suspension system prior to hoisting or jacking an air suspension equipped vehicle. Failure to do so may result in unexpected inflation or deflation of the air springs, which may result in shifting of the vehicle during these operations. Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.
  1. If equipped, turn the air suspension service switch to the OFF position.
  2. WARNING: If equipped with fire suppression system, refer to FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM article for Important Safety Warnings. Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.
  3. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING article.
  4. CAUTION: Do not reuse the bolts for the pinion flange. Install new bolts or damage to the vehicle may occur.
