Lower Intake Manifold: Installation

- Using new intake manifold and thermostat housing gaskets, install the lower intake manifold and the 10 bolts.
- Tighten in the sequence shown to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Install the 2 thermostat housing-to-lower intake manifold bolts.
- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Install the fuel rail. For additional information, refer to FUEL CHARGING AND CONTROLS - 3.5L article.
- Fill and bleed the cooling system. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING article.
