Keyless Entry System - Remote: Testing: Notes
At least one remote transmitter is required for testing. The following tests make references to Remote Anti-theft Personality (RAP) module connectors and Generic Electronic Module (GEM) connectors. When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:

- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
- • The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.
