Perform this test only when directed by QUICK TESTΒ . EFT sensor will operate within the range of -40-248Β°F (-40-120Β°C). This circuit test is intended to diagnose the following components and circuits:

  • EFT sensor.
  • Wiring harness circuits (EFT and SIG RTN).
  • Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

When to See a Mechanic
