Fuel Rails: Installation

When installing fuel rail assembly, use new "O" rings. Lubricate "O" rings with clean engine oil (MFV rated oil on flex fuel). Push fuel rail down to ensure all injector "O" rings are fully seated in fuel rail cups and intake manifold. Install fuel rail bolts and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ . To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Check for leaks when completed.
