- Check Accessory Delay PID: Using New Generation Star (NGS) tester, access ACCDLY from PID menu. If PID reads SHORTVBAT, go to next step. If PID does not read SHORTVBAT, replace accessory delay relay.
- Check Fuse Junction Panel: Disconnect fuse panel connector C1. See Figure . Measure voltage between ground and delay relay socket terminal No. 85. If battery voltage exists, replace fuse junction panel. If battery voltage does not exist, replace GEM.
