- Key OFF.
- Install Rotunda Breakout Box 007-00033, or equivalent with Rotunda Breakout Box Adapter 007-00053 (leave the PCM disconnected).
- Measure the voltage between KAPWR BOB Pin 1 and ground.
- Is the voltage 11-14 volts?
YES -- GO to INJS5. INJS5 Check SIG Wire
NO -- SERVICE the KAPWR wire.
