Installation (Sable & Taurus)
Install NEW hydraulic line plastic seals. Insert steering gear through left fender apron. Rotate pinion shaft forward to clear fender apron opening. Rotate pinion shaft rearward to allow gear to pass between brake booster and floorpan. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Check and adjust wheel alignment as required.
