- Position compressor, and install mounting bolts. Tighten bolts to 15-22 ft. lbs. (20-30 N.m). Connect field coil electrical connector. Remove all plugs, and then install new "O" rings lubricated with clean refrigerant oil on manifold.
- Position manifolds, and install attaching bolts. Tighten bolts to13-17 ft. lbs. (18-23 N.m). Attach drive belt to compressor pulley. Install splash shield and undercover. Lower vehicle. Check accessory drive belt tension. Leak test, evacuate and charge A/C system.
