OUTPUT STATE CHECK is used as an aid in servicing output actuators associated with EEC-IV system. It allows technicians to energize and de-energize most system output actuators on command. This mode is entered from KOEO SELF-TESTΒ  after all codes have been retrieved. Leave SELF-TEST activated, and depress throttle to initiate test sequence. Each time throttle is depressed and released, output actuators will change state (from on to off or off to on).
