  1. Perform step 2) of WIPERS INOPERATIVE. Replace switch if it is defective.
  2. Unplug wiper motor connector. Turn ignition on. Check for battery voltage at Red wire on connector. If battery voltage exists, replace wiper motor. If battery voltage does not exist, repair Red wire between switch and motor.
