- Position steering gear assembly in vehicle. Connect power steering return line. Connect power steering pressure hose assembly. Install steering gear mounting bracket retaining bolts. Install pressure switch assembly. Connect accessory feed wiring assembly. Install speedometer cable assembly and transaxle shift cable.
- Connect drive shaft assembly. Install muffler, resonator and tailpipe assembly. Install catalytic converter air tube. Install exhaust converter mounting bracket. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Check and adjust wheel alignment as required. See WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS & PROCEDURES article in the WHEEL ALIGNMENT section.
