1. Remove, then drain fuel carburetor.
2. Invert carburetor and locate locking tab on locking cap, Fig. 12. Support area under locking cap when removing to prevent bending of adjustment needle.
3. Tap locking cap, using light hammer and blunt punch until locking tab clears detent in locking plug.
4. Remove locking cap from locking plug.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for another cap.
6. Install caps after performing propane enrichment test as follows: Position locking tabs on cap to align with detent in plug and press cap into plug.
