Description & Operation
Each two way seat is adjusted forward or backward in a horizontal plane by a single electric motor. Flexible shafts connect the motor to the transmission and horizontal rack. Motor is energized by a toggle switch which controls direction of seat travel by controlling direction of motor shaft rotation. Electrical system is protected by a 30 Amp. circuit breaker behind glove box, remove glove box filler for access. Cougar models have a 20 Amp. circuit breaker located in engine compartment at starter motor relay or junction block.
