Install throttle valve to marks made at disassembly, install valve screws finger-tight, tap valve lightly while rotating shaft and check for free rotation. Check valve fit by holding carburetor up to a light (little or no light should show around edge of valve). When correct fit secured, close valve and tighten screws securely, stake screws while supporting shaft on metal bar.
