Fuel Conditioning Module - 6.0L Diesel: Disassembly

  1. Remove the fuel filter cover and drain the fuel from the housing.

  2. Remove and discard the fuel filter and O-ring seal.

  3. Remove the bolts and the fuel pump.
    • Remove and discard the O-ring seals.

  4. Remove the bolts and the pressure relief valve.
    • Remove and discard the O-ring seals.

  5. CAUTION: Do not remove the heater pan or damage to the fuel conditioning housing will occur.
