REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Drain engine oil.    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE   INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Do not install lower center engine compartment lining until after leak test. AP18.00-P-0101DD 
2 Release and disconnect electrical connector (2).    
3 Remove screws (1) and remove oil sensor (oil level, temperature, and quality) (B40) downward. INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Replace sealing ring.
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, fill level sensor to oil pan
*BA18.40-P-1002-02D 
4 Install in the reverse order.    
WARNING Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

5 Carry out engine test run and check engine for proper leaktightness and leaktightness.    
6 Install bottom center engine compartment lining.   AR61.20-P-1105FRX
