| 1 | Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key (A8/1) or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button (S2/3) from electronic ignition lock control unit (N73) | ||
| 2 | Open center armrest and pull out cigarette lighter heating element (2) from housing (4) of cigarette lighter with ashtray illumination (R3) | ||
| 3 | Release housing (4) with pliers (01) and pull out of spring pin (3) | Fig 2 | |
| 4 | Disconnect electrical connector (5) | ||
| 5 | Unclip spring pin (3) and remove | ||
| 6 | Install in the reverse order |
